Our goal from the very beginnings was to create a lifestyle living experience for our residents that we would want for ourselves. We imagined a new way to do things. No more 500 unit apartments where you saw a bunch of strangers in the hallways each day. No more just being a number. The vision for Magnolia was to take smaller pieces of land and develop them into homes people wanted to be a part of and then add a personal touch of relationship to each property.

In order to facilitate this vision Magnolia has invested heavily into people. We believe people are our greatest asset. Our people are literally the face of our company and we make sure the people we have on site at each Magnolia Property Company property are as kind and generous as we would want our families to be.
